Hull woman charged with larceny and credit card fraud
Created by CPD on 8th December 2009, 2:16 amCOHASSET, MA – Two Hull, MA women were charged in criminal complaints in Quincy District Court on December 4, 2009 with larceny from the person, and credit card fraud over $250.
The complaint alleges that on October 14, 2009, HEATHER A. VERGOBBE, age 30, of Hull, MA, and JESSICA A. SIMMONS, age 29, of Hull, MA, stole a wallet from a Scituate, MA woman while she was shopping at Shaws Supermarket in Cohasset and subsequently used a credit card that was contained in that wallet to make several purchases at a Wal-Mart in Hanover.
If convicted of the charges, VERGOBBE and SIMMONS face up to five years in prison.
The case was investigated by the Criminal Investigation Division.
