Quincy Man Charged with Breaking into Lockers

COHASSET, MA – A Quincy, MA man was charged in a criminal complaint in Quincy District Court with two counts of breaking into a depository, two counts of larceny in a building and one count of malicious destruction of property under $250.
The complaint alleges that on September 26, 2009, John F. Sapienza, age 34, of Quincy, MA, entered the female locker room at Stop & Shop, 400 Chief Justice Cushing Highway, Cohasset, broke into two employee lockers and stole the personal property of two Stop & Shop employees.

If convicted of the charges, Sapienza faces up to 20 years in state prison.

The case was investigated by the Criminal Investigation Division.
